In Reformer Pilates classes you are working against the resistance of springs – this is essential to the 500 classical Pilates exercises, which are designed to train the body’s “powerhouse” — the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks.
The Pilates Reformer is a single ‘bed’ frame with a sliding carriage and adjustable springs to regulate tension and resistance. Cables, bars, straps and pulleys allow exercises to be done from a variety of positions, even standing.
Reformer Pilates is an excellent place to start for those looking to start or advance their Pilates practice. This will strengthen and lengthen you. Ideal if you have injuries and amazing at correcting postural imbalances.
Please do not think you need to be fit to attend, these sessions are suitable for all levels. This is about building your body from the inside out.

Group Classes – these take 15 people at the same time and are called our Maintenance Reformer classes. To start these you must have done at least 1 one-one with us – no matter if you have taken Reformer classes in another studio (even if you’re a teacher of Pilates) safety is vital and we want to make sure you are first of all safe, but this also gives us the opportunity to see you move – and help you get better results.Book a Trial Class
